- Profile photo, if you sign in with Google

- Words you search and save
- Your word sets, learning progress, streak and daily goal
Device information
- Basic technical data such as browser type and device type, which our hosting provider needs to deliver the site
- Small settings stored in your browser, such as language and theme
3. How We Use Your Data
We use your data to:
- Provide and improve whizzy.
- Personalize your learning experience
- Track your progress and show your plan
- Prevent fraud and abuse
4. Payments
Online payment is not open yet. When it opens, payments will be handled by licensed payment providers in Uzbekistan, such as Payme and Click.
We do NOT store:
- Card numbers
- Payment credentials
5. Data Sharing
We do NOT sell your data.
We share limited data only with services that help us run whizzy., and only when necessary:
- Google Firebase (sign-in and database)
- Netlify (hosting)
- The translation service used by the AI Translator, which receives the text you submit
- Payment providers, once payments open
6. Data Security
We use secure connections (HTTPS), access controls on our database, and server-side checks for plan status. However, no system is 100% secure.
7. Data Retention
We keep your data as long as your account is active, or as required by law. You may request deletion at any time.
8. Your Rights
You can:
- Request access to your data
- Request deletion of your account and data
- Edit your name and daily goal in your profile
9. Children's Privacy
We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13 without parental consent.
10. Third-Party Services
We may use:
- Firebase (sign-in and database)

- Content delivery networks for fonts and code libraries
- Dictionary and pronunciation data sources

5. Subscriptions & Payments

A paid plan is active until the date shown in your profile; it does not renew automatically unless stated at checkout

Refunds: based on the terms shown at checkout and the payment provider's policies
6. Acceptable Use
You agree NOT to:
- Use the service illegally

The whizzy. name, design and original content belong to whizzy. and are protected by copyright. The word sets and text you add remain yours.
8. Third-Party Content
